One additional piece of ID with complete address such as a credit card statement or a utility bill
Social insurance number 1

Articles of Incorporation
Complete set of Corporate By-Laws
Shareholders Agreement (Beneficial Ownership) and/or the Shareholders Register
Company Resolution (Original copy required)
Government-issued Ontario Business Identification Number (BIN) certificate
T1 Form confirming names of officers
Sales Permit, where required
F2 Company Trade Name Registration
